Certificate validity: registration certificates remain effective until suspended or cancelled by the board under custodian regulations. Every certificate issued under sub regulation (3) of regulation 8 remains in force until the Board suspends or cancels it; this replaced the prior three year validity regime introduced by the 2006 amendment and later substituted by a 2019 notification.
