The Board may conduct or direct inspections of service providers to verify record-keeping, compliance with the Code, rules and directions, and to assess internal controls and a provider's fitness or eligibility; inspection orders must specify scope, composition of the Inspecting Authority, timelines, progress reporting and submission of interim and final inspection reports, and inspections should be kept confidential and minimally disruptive.
