<h1>Regulation 10B enables swift action on prima facie violations in insolvency cases, with interim orders lasting 90 days.</h1> Regulation 10B of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection and Investigation) Regulations, 2017, allows the Board to act on material available on record if it finds a prima facie violation of the Code or related rules by a service provider. If immediate action is required, the matter is referred to the Disciplinary Committee, which can issue an interim order with necessary directions. This interim order is temporary and expires 90 days from issuance. This regulation was introduced through a notification dated June 14, 2022.
