<h1>Regulation 10A: Processing Complaints as Investigations under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board Rules, 2017, Reinforced in June 2022 Notification.</h1> Regulation 10A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection and Investigation) Regulations, 2017, establishes that the processing of complaints or grievances under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) Regulations, 2017, is considered an investigation. In this context, processing documents are treated as investigation reports. This regulation does not limit the Board's authority to appoint an inspecting or investigating authority as per the provisions of Chapters II and III. This regulation was inserted by a notification in June 2022.
