of <h1>Interim Investigation Report May Lead to Disciplinary Action Under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board Regulations, 2017</h1> The Investigating Authority under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection and Investigation) Regulations, 2017, may submit an interim investigation report to the Board based on the investigation's nature and progress. The Board can require such a report and, if it finds a prima facie gross violation of the Code or related regulations by a service provider, it may refer the matter to the Disciplinary Committee. The Committee can issue an interim order with directions to the service provider, which will lapse after 90 days.
