Interim inspection powers: Board may refer gross Code violations to Disciplinary Committee for interim action. Regulation 5 provides that the Inspecting Authority may, and must when directed, submit an interim inspection report to the Board. If that report shows a gross violation of the Code, the Board shall refer the matter to the Disciplinary Committee, which may pass an interim order with directions to the service provider; such interim orders lapse after ninety days.
