Board power to issue orders expanded to permit directions for implementing other provisions of the Central Excise Act. Amendment expands Board authority under section 37B to permit issuance of orders, instructions and directions for the implementation of any other provision of the Act, thereby broadening the Board's administrative powers to give effect to provisions across the Central Excise framework.
