of <h1>Regulation 25: Pay Fee to Inspect Non-Electronic Company Documents During Office Hours with Registrar Present.</h1> Regulation 25 of the Companies Regulations, 1956, stipulates that any individual wishing to inspect a document registered, recorded, or filed with the Registrar under the Companies Act must apply and pay a prescribed fee. Inspection of documents not part of the electronic registry is permitted only during office hours and in the presence of the Registrar or an authorized person. This regulation was updated by GSR 556(E) effective from September 14, 2006.
