Memorandum of Association form requirement: prescribed model must be followed, permitting deviations only where necessary. Regulation 6 requires that the memorandum of association of a proposed company be in the form set out in Annexure I or in a form as near thereto as circumstances admit, establishing a form requirement for incorporation documents and allowing departures only where strict conformity is impracticable.
