of <h1>Certified Translations Required for Non-English/Hindi Documents per Regulation 8; Must be Approved by Director or Manager.</h1> Any document specified in regulation 8 that is not in English or Hindi must be accompanied by a certified translation in either language. This translation must be certified as correct by a company director or manager, if applicable, and submitted to the Regional Director along with the original documents. The requirement for certification by a managing agent has been rendered obsolete following the abolition of the managing agents system. The current regulation reflects amendments made by GSR 668 and GSR 1850.
