Notice of application: publish and serve statutory notice for company registration applications under Companies Regulations. Applicants must, within one week of making an application to the Regional Director, publish a notice of the application in the prescribed or equivalent form (Annexure II) and send a certified copy of the published notice forthwith to the Regional Director at the applicant's expense, publishing at least once in a district principal language newspaper and once in an English newspaper circulating in that district.
