Electronic inspection of company registry requires payment of prescribed fee; access restricted to electronic format. Documents registered, recorded or filed with the Registrar electronically, and scanned and digitized documents forming part of the electronic registry, are available for inspection only in electronic form upon payment of the fee prescribed under the statute.
