Register of Companies must be maintained at each Registrar's office in Form III with company names entered in registration order; each company receives a consecutive number; pages allotted to each company must record every document or fact filed or recorded by or with the Registrar with the Registrar's signature on each note; an alphabetical index of companies must also be maintained.
