Certificate of incorporation must be in prescribed form; registrar must record or attach and note the certificate on the memorandum. The regulation requires the certificate of incorporation to be in Form I and directs the Registrar to cause a copy to be entered on the company's memorandum of association or, if entry is impracticable, to attach a copy, make a note on the memorandum about the attachment, and sign the note.
