Regulation 27 authorises applications, documents, notices, declarations and statements required under the Companies Regulations, 1956 to be made, filed, furnished, sent or given in the electronic manner, except for the specified excluded provisions in Part C; it implements electronic submission as an authorised procedural mode introduced by the Part F amendment.
