Fee payment requirement: documents cannot be registered or filed until prescribed and registrar imposed fees are paid. No document required or authorised to be registered, recorded or filed with the Registrar shall be registered, recorded or taken on file until the prescribed fee under Schedule X and any additional fee imposed by the Registrar under the enabling provision are paid, making fee payment a mandatory pre filing condition.
