Power to prohibit dealing in contraventional foreign contribution restricts transfer of such currency pending government written order. Central Government, after such inquiry as it deems fit, may by written order prohibit any person from paying, delivering, transferring or otherwise dealing with any article, currency or security accepted in contravention of the Act, subject only to written orders of the Central Government; a copy of the order must be served in the prescribed manner. Thereupon the procedural and remedial provisions of specified sub-sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act apply to such article, currency or security, with references to moneys, securities or credits being construed accordingly.
