Additional fine for unavailable property: court may impose a multiple of item value or minimum threshold, plus other fines. The court, on conviction for conduct rendering an article, currency or security liable to confiscation but where the asset is unavailable, may impose an additional fine assessed by reference to the value of the article or currency or security or a statutory minimum, and such additional fine is in addition to any other fines under the Act.
