Maintenance of accounts: recipients of foreign contributions must keep prescribed accounts and records of utilisation. Persons granted a certificate or prior approval under the Act must maintain, in the prescribed form and manner, an account of any foreign contribution received and a record of the manner in which such contribution has been utilised.
