Penalty for contravening prohibitory order: imprisonment or fine, plus an additional fine tied to the asset's market value. A person served with a prohibitory order under section 10 who deals with any article, currency or security in contravention of that order is punishable with imprisonment, or fine, or both; the court may also impose an additional fine equivalent to the market value of the article or the amount of the currency or security, or such part as it deems fit.
