Conditions apply, such as pre-import requirements and restrictions on transferring unutilized imports to the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA). Exemptions are only for physical exports and not for deemed exports. The notification also specifies that the exemption is subject to certain conditions and lists the relevant ministries in Appendix 2Y of FTP 2023.
