Prohibition on dealing with contravening currency restricts transfers unless authorised by government written order. Where the Central Government, after inquiry, is satisfied that a person controls any article or currency accepted in contravention of the Act, it may by written order prohibit that person from paying, delivering, transferring or otherwise dealing with the article or currency except in accordance with Government written orders, and specified provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act shall apply to that article or currency.
