Prior permission for foreign contribution: failure to decide within ninety days results in deemed grant unless special difficulties extend the period. If the Central Government does not dispose of the application within ninety days it is deemed to have been granted; where special difficulties are notified, a further thirty-day period applies before the application is deemed granted.
