Recovery of government sums as arrears of land-revenue, prioritising society property then members within liability limits. Sums due to the Government from a registered society or from an officer, member or past member, including costs awarded to the Government, may be recovered in the same manner as arrears of land-revenue. Recovery is to be effected first from the society's property; second, from members of societies with limited liability subject to their liability limit; and third, from members of other societies.
