Apportionment of costs: Registrar may allocate inquiry or inspection expenses among society, requesting members or creditors, and officers. Where an inquiry under section 35 or an inspection under section 36 is conducted, the Registrar may apportion the whole or part of the costs between the society, the members or creditor who demanded the inquiry or inspection, and the officers or former officers of the society.
