Bar on civil suits prevents challenges to proceedings or orders under the Act and shields officials acting in good faith. Clause 526 bars any suit in civil courts to set aside or modify proceedings or orders under the Act and precludes prosecution, suit or other proceedings against the Government or any Government officer for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under the Act.
