          <h1>Powers of the Board for Advance Rulings: treated as a civil court for specified procedural and judicial purposes.</h1> Clause 387 grants the Board for Advance Rulings the powers of a civil court under the Code of Civil Procedure as referenced in the Act, designates the Board as a civil court for a specified procedural provision while excluding it from a particular penal chapter of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and declares every proceeding before the Board to be a judicial proceeding for certain provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
