<h1>SEBI Regulation 46 Repeals 2014 & 2002 Rules; Existing Rights and Proceedings Remain Valid Under 2021 Rules</h1> Regulation 46 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 repeals the 2014 and 2002 regulations concerning share-based employee benefits and sweat equity. Despite the repeal, any rights, obligations, or liabilities under the previous regulations remain unaffected. Actions or proceedings initiated under the repealed regulations are considered valid under the new regulations. References to the repealed regulations in other SEBI documents will now refer to the corresponding provisions of the 2021 regulations.
