If an issuer has filed a general information document and wishes to issue and list commercial paper during its validity, they must submit a key information document with required disclosures. Issuers with a shelf prospectus for public issues need not file a general information document if a key information document is filed. A regulatory fee is collected by the designated stock exchange, and issuers must apply for SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES) authentication for issuance and listing.
