The regulations apply, unless otherwise provided, to issuance and listing of debt securities and non-convertible redeemable preference shares by public issuance; to issuance and listing of non-convertible securities issued on private placement when proposed for listing; and to listing of commercial paper issued in compliance with applicable central bank guidelines.
