Prohibition of options in goods renders post commencement options illegal and unperformed pre existing options void on continued performance. All options in goods entered into after commencement are illegal, and any option in goods entered into before commencement that remains to be performed, whether wholly or in part, becomes void to the extent of the unperformed obligation; this applies notwithstanding any other law.
