<h1>Section 14B Outlines Process for Granting or Refusing Registration Certificates to Associations Under Forward Contracts Act</h1> Section 14B of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952, addresses the process for granting or refusing a certificate of registration to associations. Upon receiving an application under Section 14A, the Commission may conduct necessary inquiries and decide to either grant or refuse the certificate. If the Commission intends to refuse the certificate, it must provide the association an opportunity to be heard before making a final decision. This provision was inserted by Act 62 of 1960, effective from December 28, 1960.
