of <h1>Securities and Exchange Board of India Underwriters Regulations, 1993 repealed as of March 30, 2021, per Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/15.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Underwriters) Regulations, 1993, were established under the authority granted by section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992. These regulations were formulated with the prior approval of the Central Government and were officially enacted upon their publication in the Official Gazette on October 8, 1993. However, these regulations were repealed as per Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/15, dated March 30, 2021.
