This appeal process is governed by section 23L of the Act, in conjunction with the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal) Rules, 2000, or section 15T of the SEBI Act, 1992, along with the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2000.
