          <h1>Registration of trustees requires Board approval and fee payment before issuance of certificate; registration persists unless suspended or cancelled.</h1> Applicants for trustee registration must follow the intermediary application procedure including Board powers to request information and verify submissions. If the Board decides to grant registration it will call for payment of fees per Schedule II and, upon payment, issue a certificate in Form B of Schedule I; registration remains permanent unless suspended or cancelled subject to the Act, regulations, certificate conditions and fee obligations.
