Applicability of SEBI regulations: listing and public offers of securitised debt instruments and security receipts are regulated. These regulations apply to public offers of securitised debt instruments, to listing of securitised debt instruments issued to the public or any person on a recognised stock exchange, and to listing of security receipts issued to qualified buyers on a recognised stock exchange, with certain sub paragraphs having been amended as noted.
