        Trading of security receipts must occur on recognised exchanges and be cleared under regulatory conditions, with OTC trades mandatorily reported. Security receipts issued on a private placement basis and listed on recognised stock exchanges shall be traded and their trades cleared and settled on recognised stock exchanges subject to conditions specified by the Board; a minimum trading lot is prescribed and over the counter trades must be reported on a recognised stock exchange with a nationwide trading terminal or other platform as specified by the Board, with the Board empowered to specify reporting conditions.
