          <h1>Security deposit rule for securitised debt listings removed; prior requirement mandated issuer deposit with stock exchange before subscription.</h1> Regulation 35B required issuers of securitised debt instruments to deposit a security deposit with the stock exchange(s) before opening the subscription list, calculated at one per cent of the securities offered; the deposit's manner of payment and its refundability or forfeiture were to be governed by the Board and/or the stock exchange(s). The provision was later omitted by a subsequent notification, removing that specific deposit obligation.
