of <h1>Rule 15 NFRA Rules 2018: HRA Entitlements for Chairperson and Members Set by Central Govt Group 'A' Officer Rates</h1> Rule 15 of the NFRA Rules, 2018, outlines the house rent allowance (HRA) entitlements for the Chairperson and full-time members who opt for pay and allowances equivalent to a Secretary or Additional Secretary to the Government of India. They are eligible for HRA at the same rate as a Central Government Group 'A' officer, unless they occupy a General Pool Residential Accommodation. This rule does not apply to those who choose a consolidated salary of four lakh fifty thousand or four lakh rupees per month. The rule was amended as per Notification No. G.S.R. 165(E) dated 28-02-2022.
