of <h1>National Financial Reporting Authority members receive 30 days earned leave, 8 days casual leave annually under Rule 40.</h1> The chairperson and full-time members of the National Financial Reporting Authority are entitled to 30 days of earned leave per completed calendar year and up to 8 days of casual leave annually. Leave salary payments are governed by rule 40 of the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972. They may also encash earned leave, provided the total encashment does not exceed the limit specified under the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972, including any encashment received upon retirement from prior service.
