of <h1>NFRA Chairperson and full-time members' leave entitlements: 30 days earned, 8 days casual, CCS Rule 40 pay, encashment cap set.</h1> Prescribes leave entitlements for the NFRA Chairperson and full-time Members by granting earned leave at 30 days for each completed calendar year of service and casual leave up to 8 days per calendar year, enabling them to take sanctioned leave within these limits. Provides that payment of leave salary during such leave is to be regulated by rule 40 of the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972, thereby aligning leave salary computation and payment with those rules. Permits encashment of accumulated earned leave standing to their credit, but caps total leave encashment (including any encashment received on retirement from prior service) at the maximum limit prescribed under the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972.
