of <h1>Complaint Against NFRA Member: Ministry of Corporate Affairs to Conduct Preliminary Check, Committee to Report in 120 Days.</h1> If a written complaint alleging misbehavior or incapacity of the chairperson or a full-time member of the National Financial Reporting Authority is received by the Central Government, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs will conduct a preliminary scrutiny. If reasonable grounds for inquiry exist, the matter is referred to a designated committee, excluding the involved chairperson or member. The committee must complete the inquiry within 120 days, extendable by the Central Government. It reports its findings to the government, following principles of natural justice and regulating its own procedure without adhering to the Code of Civil Procedure.
