of <h1>NFRA chairperson and full-time members' retirement benefits u/r 12 limited to CPF Rules 1962 and pension system only</h1> Rule 12 prescribes that the Chairperson and any full-time Member of NFRA are governed for retirement benefits by the Contributory Provident Fund (India) Rules, 1962 and the Contribution Pension System. It further prohibits entitlement to any additional pension or gratuity in respect of service rendered in the Authority, thereby limiting post-service retirement-related benefits to those available under the specified provident fund and pension regimes.
