Protection from legal proceedings for officials acting in good faith under the Ordinance; covers tribunal members and authorised officers. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the President, State President, Members, officers or other employees of the Appellate Tribunal or any person authorised by the Tribunal, and against any officer appointed or authorised under the Ordinance, for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under the Ordinance or the rules made thereunder.
