Interest on refund: refund of appeal admission payments accrues interest from payment date until actual refund. Where an amount paid by an appellant for admission of appeal is required to be refunded following an order of the appellate authority or tribunal, interest at the specified rate is payable on that refund from the date of payment until the date of refund.
