Amendment of registration requires notifying prescribed changes and allows the proper officer to approve or reject with a hearing. Registered persons and recipients of Unique Identity Numbers must notify the proper officer of any changes to registration information as prescribed; the proper officer may approve or reject such amendments in the prescribed manner and period, certain prescribed particulars may be amended without approval, and rejections require an opportunity to be heard. Decisions under the central law on amendment are deemed to be decisions under this Ordinance.
