Sums payable notwithstanding appeal - tribunal or High Court orders remain payable despite further appeal. Amounts adjudged due to the Government under orders of the Appellate Tribunal or under orders of the High Court remain payable in accordance with those orders even if an appeal is preferred to the High Court or the Supreme Court.
