Appeals are available to the concerned officer, the jurisdictional officer or the applicant against advance rulings to the Appellate Authority; such appeals must be filed within the prescribed limitation period from communication of the ruling, subject to a discretionary extension for sufficient cause, and must comply with prescribed form, fee and verification requirements.
