of <h1>Commissioner Empowered to Collect Statistics Under Section 151 of Kerala GST Ordinance 2017</h1> Section 151 of the Kerala Goods and Services Tax Ordinance, 2017 grants the Commissioner the authority to collect statistics related to matters addressed by the Ordinance. The Commissioner can issue a notification to initiate the collection of such statistics. Once the notification is issued, the Commissioner or an authorized person can require relevant individuals to provide information or returns in a prescribed form and manner concerning the specified matters for statistical purposes.
