Registration amendment obligations require reporting changes; officer may approve or reject but must allow hearing. Registered persons and holders of a Unique Identity Number must inform the proper officer of changes to registration particulars in the prescribed form, manner and period. The proper officer may approve or reject amendments based on that information or ascertained particulars, but prescribed changes may not require approval and no amendment may be rejected without giving the person an opportunity of being heard. Approvals or rejections under the central law are deemed approvals or rejections under this Act.
