of <h1>Chhattisgarh Sets June 22, 2017, as Start Date for Key GST Provisions u/s 1(3) of 2017 Act.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh, through its Commercial Tax Department, has issued a notification under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Utilizing the authority granted by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Act, the State Government designates June 22, 2017, as the effective date for the implementation of specific provisions of sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 139, 146, and 164. This order is issued in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh by the Special Secretary.
